ABOUT SGPL

The company had its origins as Siddhivinayak Enterprises promoted by founder members Mr. Ashok Shivale & Mrs. Vijaya Shivale.

Over a period of time Siddhivinayak Enterprises was renamed Siddhivinayak Genset Pvt. Ltd., (SGPL) Over the years SGPL has become one of the most trusted name in manufacturing and design of mild steel & sheet metal products. Since its inception in 2007, SGPL has witnessed steady and consistent growth primarily due to the commitment & good faith reposed in them by their clients.


Siddhivinayak Genset Pvt. Ltd., (SGPL) today is fully equipped to meet all the needs of industrial fabrication and has state of the art CNC turret punches, CNC press Brakes at its Waki plant near Chakan the epicenter of industrial and engineering growth in Pune, Maharashtra.

SGPL has over the years specialized in the manufacturing of silent gensets and also mastered the art of fabricating genset enclosures and canopies.



SGPL are major suppliers of canopies to OEMs Greaves Cotton Limited and Power HF, China and includes manufacturing and supply of fully painted system by integrating fabrication, machining & painting facilities with all facilities inhouse. SGPL started as a Small scale Industrial unit in 2003 as a Proprietary firm with annual sales of Rs. 0.40 million as a vendor of Veena Industries Ltd. in a 4,000 sq foot built-up area manufacturing and assembly of Mahindra Diesel Gensets of approx. 10,000 genset canopies in 2004 & 2005.



At present SGPL is focused on


  • Manufacturing of CPCB Type Canopies for Greaves Cotton Ltd, Intelux Electronics Pvt. Ltd. & Silent Genset for Power HF, China,SKL India Pvt. Ltd, Metalex Cryogenic Ltd.
  • 30’ & 23’ Chasis fabrication job work as well as Trailer's Side Wall for Tata DLT with in-house Work, Pedestal Box for IFB Washing m/c. for ABS Electroplaters Pvt.
  • Pedestal Box for IFB Washing m/c. for ABS Electroplaters Pvt.
  • Acoustic enclosures for Atlas Copco
  • Internal trays for Forbes Marshall

SGPL has taken a new approach to manufacture sound proof canopies. All units are made from Annealed Steel metal, with thickness varying from 0.8 mm to 2 mm to achieve the lowest weight & desired performance, which are fabricated through modern techniques of fabrication .
All parts are powder coated in a 7 tank process and baked in ovens as per the desired or defined specifications of each product. With a most modern set up involving the best fabrication machineries SGPL is fully geared to churn out quality fabrication products across various industry and product segments.
